Now that the educational year is back in full swing, we've been working hard on a few things to better help you with those chemistry problems you all have.
To start off, if you're using the English version of the site, most calculators should now have step-by-step solutions. Hopefully this saves you time showing your work if you decided to use a calculator instead of working out the problems by hand. Let us know if you see any incorrect steps.
As always, we also have lots of new, newish, or updated calculators:
Looking for a laugh? We've now got you covered with a list of chemistry jokes. We've also reached a milestone of 200+ users in our Discord. Come join and say hi 🙋♂️.
In terms of housekeeping, we've moved all the different language variants of the site onto the primary domain (www.chemicalaid.com) and shut down the Tagalog and Swahili sites due to lack of use. We still have lots of other languages though, so let us know in the replies if you'd be interested in volunteering to translate more of ChemicalAid (such as new calculators or features such as step-by-step solutions) into your language (nothing is available yet, but there might be next year).
In addition to ChemicalAid, we've also been working on a few other projects:
- Our new mobile-first periodic table has gotten a lot of new updates, with new features and information about the elements being added.
- We've launched a new site to help you with all your math problems, similar to how ChemicalAid has. Check it out at ZeptoMath.
Let us know what you think, or if there are any other improvements or calculators you'd like to see!
